Leigh Scott-Kemmis, Managing Director

Leigh has over 30 years’ business experience and has worked in Asia since 1991. Since coming to Asia, Leigh has been involved in a number of major investment projects. He brings to DBM financial, analytical and structuring experience, together with strategic and general management skills. Leigh’s previous experience was in the banking and investment industry in Australia and internationally. He has 20 years of senior management experience and has held roles including Treasurer - Australian Bank, Vice President - Citibank, Chief Executive - Bank of New Zealand (Australia), and Chairman of stockbroker BNZ North's.

Leigh has a strong belief that the most successful organizations are those that are able to balance being values and people focused with a commitment to process excellence. Engaging in lively, strategic and broad ranging discussions, Leigh’s passion is to work with both organizations and individuals to help them to find that balance.

Wandee Suriwong, Director Client Services

Wandee is responsible for client and candidate marketing and support services. She has managed a number of large change projects for leading international and local companies, including divisions of the Thai Government. Wandee holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Sasin University Thailand, a Masters degree in International Business from USA, Johnson & Wales University, Rhode Island, a Post Graduate Diploma from the International Management Institute of Lucerne, Switzerland and a Bachelor degree in Humanities from Ramkhamhaeng University.

High-energy, customer-solution oriented and outcome driven, Wandee is recognized for her positive, resourceful nature. She believes that the impossible is always possible if you have a “can do” attitude.
Lakkana Srisawat, Senior Consultant

Lakkana has over 20 years experience in both the private and government sectors. Her previous experience includes roles with TV Channel 7, The Office of His Majesty’s Principle Private Secretary, the National Research Council, Market Behavior (Thailand) Ltd., and IBG Communications Ltd. During her time with DBM Thailand Lakkana has been recognized as a successful Project Manager and facilitator for the outplacement programs of organizations  including, Star Refinery, Exxon, HMC, P&G, Siam Proxy, BMS, Nestle, Best Foods/Unilever, Food Loin Super Market, Standard Chartered, Nakornthon Bank, Thai Farmer Bank, and many more.  Lakkana holds a MA in Development Communications from Chulalongkorn University.

Lakkana is fuelled by a strong wish to help others and is recognized for her supportive and considerate nature and for her tireless commitment to helping clients to achieve their career goals. She has a belief that managing self is now a key for individuals to stay happy in a world that continues to change at a rapid pace and loves to share stories of how others successfully passed their critical period of life.

Pouangchompoo Limvichai, Executive Coach

Pouangchompoo has over 20 years working experience in executive roles and an extensive and varied background in financial and general management with leading, multi-national companies in various industries such as cosmetics and pharmaceutical. She was formerly the Group Director, Finance & Strategic Planning of Avon Cosmetics (Thailand) Ltd. where she also was a board member and a member of the executive committee. Pouangchompoo was selected as the Asian representative for the CEO Advisory Council of Avon Headquarters. Prior to that, she was a Finance Director and a board member of Cyanamid (Thailand) Ltd. Pouangchompoo holds a MS in Accounting from Thammasat University.
